2008 GENERAL PLAN
The General Plan was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on August 5, 2008 and came before the voters as Measure T on the November 4, 2008 ballot. Measure T was passed by the voters, confirming the approval of the new General Plan and an ordinance to amend the Orderly Growth Initiative and extend it until December 31, 2028.

FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
The Final Environmental Impact Report for the 2008 General Plan was certified on August 5, 2008. The final document consists of the Draft EIR, and the Final EIR (Volumes I, II, and III).

ORDERLY GROWTH INITIATIVE
The Board of Supervisors introduced and adopted Ordinance #2008-01 that placed on the November 4, 2008 ballot an amendment to the 1994 Orderly Growth Initiative that updates certain provisions of the Solano County General Plan relating to agriculture and open space policies and land use designations, and extends the amended initiative until December 31, 2028. The voters passed this ballot measure (Measure T).
